Mixed E-Motions
A participatory production line for creating an object that contributes to emotional resilience.
The project emerged from this complex time and the desire to help in dealing with the mixed emotions that accompany us. The project offered a space of art and calm and allowed participants to connect with these feelings, while receiving support from the local community and encouragement for creation as an emotional response. Visitors went through a participatory production line to create a personal emotional object that they left with, which continues to accompany them to this day.
The project took place as part of “JDW 2024,” held on 19-26/9 at Hansen House, Jerusalem. Over 2,000 people participated in the project.
